  • Product Range: We offer a curated collection including, but not limited to, Flapper Dresses (1920s), Greaser Jackets (1950s), Psychedelic Attire (1960s), Disco Outfits (1970s), Punk and Grunge Looks (1980s-1990s), as well as accessories, wigs, and masks.
  • Quality & Sourcing: We pride ourselves on the fine quality and historical charm of our products. All items are crafted or sourced to provide an authentic vintage experience.
  • Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colours, fabrics, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to your monitor settings.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

4. Ordering & Payment Terms

Placing an order with us is your commitment to purchase the selected items.

  • Order Process: All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We will send you an order confirmation email. This email is our acceptance of your order and forms a contract of sale.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of order confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch our time-tested treasures to adventurers across the globe, excluding Asia and a few remote regions.

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Free Shipping: Free on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery: You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Any delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by you may incur additional charges. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of you receiving your order. Items must be in original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, All Wigs and All Masks are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • Process: Initiate a return by emailing [email protected] with your details. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
